Fred is a former President of various Morgan Stanley subsidiaries, including their Global Custody Business, working there for over 22 years. He is a graduate of both Brown University and the Harvard Business School.
ANNA B. PARKER, General Counsel & Principal
Anna has over 40 years of experience in the beverage industry. She and her family owned and operated Sound Distributing Corporation, serving Westchester and Bronx counties, for over 30 years. Anna is a graduate of both Denison University and the Pace University School of Law.
ANDREW P. ALLEN, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Sales
Andy has been with So Clear Beverages since 2004. Before that, he worked in the sales and customer support organizations of small and start-up companies in several fields, including consulting, hospitality and technology. He is a graduate of both Yale University and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
JONATHAN PIERCE, Technical Director
Jonathan Pierce has 25 years of experience in the bottled water industry. He has developed and managed several regional spring water labels and has arranged private label contract packing for major grocery retailers in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions of the U.S. Jonathan is responsible for technology development and implementation at SCB.
JONATHAN DYER, Chief Water Scientist
Jon has been consulting for the bottled water industry for over 35 years. Major clients include Poland Springs, Polar Beverages, Kraft Foods, Pepsi Cola, and Premium Beverages to name a few. He founded and is current owner of A&L Laboratory Inc. (an environmental testing laboratory), Radon Diagnostic Laboratories (a radon testing laboratory), and Aqua Resolutions (a bottled water consulting firm.) Jon is responsible for quality control and product testing and manages all regulatory and licensing tasks.
DAVID E. MORAN, Advisor

Dave is a superior strategic problem solver and “innovation architect” with a 30-year track record of driving organic growth for Fortune 100 Companies. Dave founded Marketing Driven Solutions, an organic growth and innovation consulting company in 2005. He is a long-standing engaged member of the Board of Directors of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (NASDAQ), a rapidly growing highly profitable $1 billion company.
EMILY K. PARKER, Advisor
Emily worked full time for So Clear Beverages from 2005 to 2010. During her time at So Clear, Emily launched the West Coast operations and worked in all facets of the business. Presently, Emily is an independent consultant in the beverage field, lending her expertise and experience to So Clear by focusing on institutional sales. She is a graduate of Bates College and lives in New York City. |
